Mobile Raw Material Hopper

Mobile Raw Material Hopper is a wheeled and portable storage unit used for short-term storage and easy feeding of bulk (granule, pellet or crushed) raw materials to production machines, especially in plastic processing (injection, extrusion), food or chemical sectors.

Short-Term Storage: After the raw material is transported from the central storage (silo) to the side of the production machine, it keeps a sufficient amount in a safe and clean environment for continuous feeding to the machine.

Easy Feeding Point: The top cover of the hopper is suitable for manual filling from raw material bags. At the same time, the hopper has special connection points (suction pockets) for attaching the suction probe of pneumatic (vacuum) raw material loaders.

Mobility: Its most important feature is that it can be easily moved within the facility thanks to the braked wheels and telescopic (adjustable) feet at the bottom. A hopper can be separated from one machine and quickly positioned next to another machine.
