Big Bag Machine

The term Big Bag Machine covers two main equipment groups related to Big Bags, which are large-sized flexible containers used for transporting and storing industrial raw materials (powder, granules, pellets, chemicals, etc.): Filling Machines and Unloading Systems.

Weighing System (Loadcell): All filling machines work gravimetrically (weight-based). There are precision load cells (Loadcells) integrated into the filling platform. In this way, fills between 500 kg and 2000 kg are carried out with high precision such as ±0.1% - ±1%.

Loading: The filled Big Bag is placed on the station with the help of a forklift or monorail crane integrated into the system and hung on the hooks of the frame.

Controlled Discharge: The discharge chute at the bottom of the bag is opened in a controlled manner with a special iris valve or similar cover mechanism. This allows adjustment of the discharge rate and minimization of dust emissions. Massage/Compression System: Encourages material flow by massaging the sides of the bag with pneumatic pistons.
